On 15 October the University of Portsmouth will host the launch of the Hate Crime Third Party Reporting Centre Network. Superintendent Steve Burridge of Hampshire Constabulary will join Bernie Topham, Chief Operating Officer of the University of Portsmouth along with other organisations to sign a partnership agreement. Portsmouth Black History Committee hosts an afternoon of African and Caribbean food, music, fashion, culture and art. The Festival will be held on 5th October 2019 at the University of Portsmouth Eldon Building to celebrate the heritage, culture and diversity of local African and Caribbean communities. #SpreadLoveNotHate is the theme for this years National Hate Crime Awareness week taking place from 12-19th October 2019.
Join us on 21st September 2019 at Southsea Fire Station from 11am – 4pm for a fun filled community festival celebrating the UN International Day of Peace.
The day will include stalls, food vendors, performances and fashion, celebrating different cultures, backgrounds and lifestyles that are found in Portsmouth, as well as games and activities for all ages.

The main event takes place on Castle Field, Southsea from 11am – 7pm, entry is free.
6th Hampshire Social Inclusion Cup, will take place on Wednesday 22 May, 9:30am-4:00pm, at Goals Soccer Centre, Tangiers Road, PO3 6QA
Organised by Victory Hants, this is a football tournament for up to 20 teams to play 5-aside football, promoting diversity in our community via social inclusion through sport and leisure. Email to register your interest.
