Violent Crime

The Violent Crime agenda covers a wide range of crimes.  You can download the Violent Crime Delivery Plan 2008-2009 here. Delivery Plans are currently being updated and will be available on the website soon.

The priorities for 2008-09 are:

  • Reduce domestic violence and the harm it causes those who suffer
  • Reduce rape and sexual assault and the harm it causes those who suffer
  • Reduce racial violence and homophobic violence and the harm it causes those who suffer

The SPP Violent and Volume Crime Champion is David Peacock, Chief Superintendent, Hampshire Constabulary.  David is responsible for ensuring that the targets in the Violent Crime Delivery Plan are achieved.
