Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour  

Portsmouth City Council can deal with a number of anti-social behaviour issues including litter, flytipping, abandoned vehicles, noise nuisance and graffiti, nuisance neighbours, aggressive begging and anti-social drinking.

In emergency situations

You should call 999, if:

  • violence is being used or threatened

  • there is a danger to life

  • a crime is in progress or offenders carrying our a crime have recently been disturbed

 In non-emergency situations

  • Non-emergency incidents requiring police attention call 0845 045 45 45

  • Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 for anonymous calls
