The Wellbeing Service
If you are worried about your drinking or someone else's you can get in touch with the team directly on 023 9229 4001
The Wellbeing Service offers support, information, advice and signposting to individuals who drink above 'safe' levels for whatever reason.
We can also take referrals from a range of services, and aim to arrange appointments in a community location that is convenient to the individual.
Our support and advice can include the following:
• screening levels of alcohol use with a short questionnaire
• information, advice, and education about alcohol, units and safe drinking
• 1-2-1 behaviour-change sessions

Can I refer a friend or family member?
We can take referrals from anyone, such as health or social care professionals, friends or relatives, as long as the person wishes to be referred.
